She laughed to herself, understanding where Ignis came from completely. "I was an Alphess of my own pack, called the X." She said, before continuing "We were all about killing and torture and the smell of death. I am alone these days because I led my pack to war... thus killing them all and the other pack." She said, as she looked Ignis square in the eye

Ignis lightly whimpered, but kept an eye on the female after that, she could be dangerous. "Im sorry, you must fell horrible." she said lightly. "Howd you survive though?" she asked, then begin thinking what would happen if Aethon and Tris lead to war,but shook her head, the alphas would never, only if they were forced.

She dipped her muzzle lightly toward Ignis, knowing the answer would perhaps scare her. "It ended up being me against two other wolves... I killed them, Ignis. I brought my whole pack down... and then killed the Alpha and the Beta of the enemy's pack. She sighed, for she began to have flashbacks, but quickly pulled herself out of it. "I am fine, it has just made me stronger..." she said, looking at Ignis.

Byorn grew angry at this female, for she was being a hypocrite at this moment. "Ignis, might I remind you that you have also killed in your time. I am not the only one, and this was a long time ago. However, I cannot deny your wishes." She growled, eying her with dismay and a sort of disrespect. "I also don't know how you're mother could allow you to disrespect your elders." She spat at her, for now Byorn was hurt & betrayed by this stranger.

Ignis cocked her head. "They were after me,they wanted my life." She said as she lightly sighed. She frowned and lightly sighedmwanting the other wolf to go back to eating and just forget about everything. "Im sorry,i over reacted, its just im over protective." she said.

Byorn knew how the female felt, which is why she put the Beta in her place. "Why do you think I had to kill the other pack on my own? Or bring my pack to war?" She said, smiling at Ignis. "It's because they wanted us all dead, and I'll be damned if I die without taking them down beforehand. But clearly, I survived that battle." She chuckled, forgiving Ingis right away. "Where is the rest of the pack, Ignis?" She asked, looking around.

Whisper watched the exchange with mounting discomfort. This old one seemed an anomaly: at one moment, curling her tail, and at the next, looking to attack Ignis for some perceived disrespect. To walk into another pack's land and expect bowing from its leadership was only something the Shadow Hive did, and Whisper didn't like it one bit. Preferring to keep attention from herself, however, she stayed still, low in the grass, pretending to be interested in retrieving the marrow from a bone while she let the adults verbally challenge each other for dominance.
The old raven had disappeared into the mob of feeding birds, but hadn't ignored the conversation. The flock was, overall, still eating ravenously, but their previous bustle had subsided as every ear monitored the wolves' conversation.
