Caprus howled in pain, and stumbled, I Must not fall! he thinks in fear and adrenaline pushes him forward. Claws digging into the earth he hunches, He stands on that ripped leg only because of the need to survive. He waves a little from side to side, standing, tail low. He has become afraid. Bravado and tough talk do not apply here. He shakes his head and lunges in the short lull of time and manages to take hold of Blast's ear in his needle teeth. Desperately he claws with his front feet, back paws scrambling wildly in an attempt to avoid those huge claws the other possessed.

Irritated, Blast attempted to throw the small male off. He could feel his ear ripping with each movement, his black chest was heavily bleeding from the wolf's scratching. Making a load roar/snarling sound, Blast ran towards a large tree and began to hit Caprus on the side of it. Every time, Blast made a slight stagger from all the weight on him.

A sharp, low growl erupted from the female's throat, eyes snapping to Wrath. "Harm the fox and you'll be choking on venom." The canine warned, eyes narrowing into a vicious glare. Dust was like the raven in the sense she wanted to hear Fetter's stories and words. No, her pets would not go after one another, Fetter was just as valued as Wrath, this was true. Turning back to Fetter, she studied the newly white area.
Dust had long since forgotten about the vixen's love for berries. At first she seemed perplexed but soon came to realisations. "The snake is under lock and claw." She assured, wishing to hear the words that spiraled into Dust's mind and made her chuckle.
Then, action bursted to life, looking to Blast and Caprus. Eyeing the two, was Dust going to allow Blast to obliterate the small male? Only time would tell as the female's train of thought surged to life once more, taking in all logical outcomes for this chaos. Most likely however, they would leave Caprus for dead rather than give him the gift of death itself. No, this male would suffer for his harsh words and arrogant ways.

Wrath did not flinch at Dust's words, but merely accepted them. "Very well. Thissss one wil lisssten to itsss massster." Wrath's slited eyes glanced back to fetter. "Do not fear thisss one any longer. Thisss one ssshall not eat the fox."

Fetter kept an eye upon the snake, despite it's words it was what it was. They were turned, as Dust's own were, upon the final break of air, like the first thunder rolling in a storm. She wiped the other eye white, two large splotches in a sea of brown and green. "Poor pup, he tried to be clever, though what is tampered will prevail, that is certain as ice is hail. Torn asunder across the grounds, but dance for now, do your rounds." she purrs, then laughs just slightly, it sounds like a baby human crying. Most disturbing. "Little Bricks is funny to watch, he makes such odd noises yes?" She was referring to Caprus as 'Little Bricks' for his red-brown coat color. ((I really hate that sound from foxes, it drives me to fits, and makes me quite upset, though I don't know why))
Caprus clung with the first rush, air pressing with a hiss from his lungs between his clenched and blood stained teeth. The second ramming finally knocked him loose and though he tried to hold he fell. Vulnerable. He panted heavily, not able to properly catch his breath as he spat out hair and what he thought may be the end of his opponents ear, he was not certain. He scrambled to get up as he breathed, still winded, freely bleeding. He was going to loose, and he was going to loose soon. An idea sprang to mind and he started to try to circle away, only to turn as fast as he could, kicking dust, dirt and small rocks at Blast, hoping to blind him if just for a moment. Every moment counted here. Every second meant his life now.

Roaring in pain from losing the tip of his ear, Blast began to charge the small wolf, his massive claws ready to strike the wolf to t his death. As blast swiped his massive paw, he became blinded by dirt and dust. Unsure of where the small wolf went, Blast swiped in snapped everywhere he could. The steroid in his blood was now fully activated, and the monster was released from it's cage.Unable to control his snarling, Blast continued to snap and swipe everywhere he could, except now it was with full and ultimate power.
The serpent watched the fight with amusement. He knew that the little wolf stood no chance against blast. /An idiot he may be, but a weakling not. The wolf will prevail in thisss fight." Wrath flicked his tongue out, incidentally hitting Dust's eat.

A shiver surged up the wolf's spine when Wrath's tongue flicked into her ear. Yet her attention never strayed from the fight. "Blast, I do think we're done here." She spoke sharply, confidence was apparent. Knowing full well, however, that it may not be so simple to simply stop Blast now.
Dust rose to her paws, ready to give the male a quick clawing in an attempt to snap him away from his current battle. Glancing back at Fetter every so often, "Leave him for dead, yes we will." The canine mused to herself, a chuckle escaping her parted jaws.
Yes, a splendid idea, of course it was good, it was hers after all. Eyes slowly closed, blocking out the lights and images of vicious fighting. Escaping to the realms of her own mind while still listening in on her surroundings.

Caprus had started to slink away, it was all the hope he had left, to escape and hope to not die. Dust's words chilled him and he started to limp and stumble faster. He could not feel his back leg, it was a bloody and matted mess. He snapped and ground his teeth, trying to get away while he could. He dare not turn and look, he could hear the berserk Blast thrashing and tearing at nothing. He managed to get around the tree and dropped, energy gone, eyes sinking closed, nothing left but to wait, more than likely his death would be there when he next opened his eyes. He blinked once, to see nothing but dirt before him, then his eyes closed, he was soon to black out.
Fetter watched and jumped up when Dust spoke to Blast, she was interested to see if the Berserk, which is what Fetter would call him now. She rose up on her back paws, forepaws hanging down in front of her, ears forward she barked twice, sharply, trying to aid in grabbing the brute's attention. "Clever what he did there Fetter thinks, using soil to free himself a faster death." She would get the dirt, should Blast settle and let her.

Blast's vision came back into view and he noticed that Caprus was gone. Still irritated, he made an attempt to sniff him out, but all he smelt was himself, the fox, the serpent, and Dust. His mind slowly began to clear as the steroid dissipated. Blast's uncontrollable snarling came to a stop. His eyes, once blood shot, went back to normal. He lowered his tail and held his head some-what high. He was exhausted, for that is what the steroid does. Once it dissipates, Blast's energy goes with it. Groggily, he trudged over to Dust and sat.
Wrath did not expect Carprus to be clever enough as to what he did. Wrath knew exactly where the small wolf was now, but made no attempt to tell Dust. She most likley already know. "Thisss one found the wolvesss entertaining. Thisss one believessss that small rodent wolf will not return."

Watching as Blast withdrew, she looked to Fetter. "The male is of no use to myself, but the tactic was indeed a smart act." she agreed, having to admit it herself. Looking to where she knew Caprus had gone off to, temptation struck to see the damage done in close viewing.
Caprus' move had stirred the curiosity in Dust, had that been a well placed move or just a frantic attempt to keep himself alive? Drawing closer, she peered to where the male now laid, studying the wounds. If the male did stir from the blacked out mind, perhaps he would be of use. Continuing to loom over his small form, her gaze then looked back to Fetter. "Come closer," She crooned to the fox and snake, curious as to what Fetter and Wrath both thought about this minature male.
It wasn't the need for an opinion, no, Dust made her decisions based on her own mind. Not to be swayed by the mere words of anyone not vixen nor reptile.

Following after Dust, Wrath eyed the unconscious wolf with curiosity. "Thissss one thinksss that the rodent wolf could be of great ssservice to the massster. Thissss one thinkssss he ssshould be put into ssservice."
Blast, following up a good distance behind wrath, studied the wolf he badly damaged. "Whoops, did I do that?" he said jokingly.

Fetter bounded across the earth, weary, with good reason still, of the coming down Blast. She stoped her scuffle and crept around to look at the damage done. "Tch-tch. Little Bricks may walk if his life blood still flows. Fetter sees this Lady Master." She hopped from one side to the other, looking at Caprus "A scrappy bit of true delight. Fetter did not expect such vigor, wonder she is he worth more, should he live, will he ask for more?" she leaned out and bit the very tip of his ear, to see should a reaction come from him.

Caprus twitched lightly, coming back to. He slowly pusched himself to the tree, seeing all the animals sourround him. "I may be down, but im not out." he said as he tried to stand, but failed and crashed back down. He leanded against the tree and pushed himself up,leaning against the tree. "I will fight until theres nothing else to fight for." he said, referring that he was fighting for his life and pride.

Right they were, Caprus may come in handy, if not for his reckless ways then for his life. He would be one more expendable amongst the pack if any sort of fight should occur. Rolling her shoulders, easing tense muscles, the creature mumbled a few inaudible words.
"I will not offer this thing a welcome call." She stated, no, Dust did not simply welcome a wolf. But Caprus had certainly proved his worth. Then, the he stirred, hardly startling the female as she watched him struggle to regain his balance.
Watching him, studying him, battered yet still able. "I suspect he will simply crawl back to the lands of Cross Roads." She spoke as if Caprus wasn't even present. Yet the thought of Cross Roads attaining one more member stirred up a silent rage within the canine. "Your loyalties, they lie with Tris, do they not?" Dust had suddenly gotten into Caprus' face. Brows turned downwards, glare spreading across her features.

Caprus lightly winced at the sound of the snakes speak. He listiened to Dust's speak, wondering who Cross Raods and Tris were. "I belong to none,i am my own." he said as he some how worked up the strength to stand up. He growled at them all,he wouldnt just sit aside after what happened to him,not until he was dead and gone.
