{ The only thing I ask is that we try to keep the number of characters low. Seeing as it's easier to handle Visni, with a small number rather than a large one. }
Alone, wandering, it'd been a good while since her paws had reached the confines of Cross Roads. Lanky figuire easily seen upon the plains, whispy fur standing out against the lush, green background. It seemed her only friends were the crows that clambered onto branches and cawed at her presence.
Leathery nostrils constantly filled with the strange scents of wolves she'd never met. Every so often, the scent of even creatures not of like her species would pass by on the wind. Her eyes rested upon her own paws, watching as they lifted and were set down, careful not to utter a single noise.
Long ears, flicking and twitching at the sounds around her. Finally, she'd come to the sound of rushing water. Looking to the rocks that corrupted it's rushing flow. She'd crossed over these rocks every so often, to get to the other side. It seemed prey was more plentiful in that area, but this area had a more peaceful sense. Peering into the reflection, a blank expression looked back at her. While she wasn't emotionless, it seemed difficult to draw one from her.
Eyes then snapped to the fish, it had been caught between the rushing flow and the rocks. A paw lashed out, attempted to surface it. Get it out of it's element and into her jaws. There was splashing and after a bit of manuvering paired with careful movements, the fish was out. Flopping upon land, gasping for air that it could not breathe. She watched it, pressing a paw down upon it.
After a good few moments, all was silent and still. It laid amongst the grass, having met it's demise. Gently, Visni began to eat away at it, not wishing to make a large amount of noise. Content to listening to the rushing river and smelling the thick scent of fish.

Knowing he was nearing the scent he had picked up earlier, he crouched by the river awaiting her to notice his large frame stalking her innocently. His frame towered over her, for he was recently released from a lab from a scientist whom had injected him one too many times. Muscles bulged from his matted ebony pelt as his massive claws dug into the ground beneath him as his stark yellow eyes simply watched the form of this female as she quietly ate. She could not escape him, even if she had wished to if she had spotted him. His lower jaws gathered much drool as his gaze became fixed upon her slender frame... although he knew he was a gruesome sight himself. Without trying to frighten her, he cleared his throat - as he stay still in the distance in case she decided to make any sudden moves... he'd be there to perhaps stop her or to follow in the case of her running. He was intrigued by her, and didn't wish for her to vanish just yet.

A new scent wafted to keen senses, her gaze swooped to this unknown being. Eyes widening, a monsterous being indeed. Whatever confidence Visni had, was swept away by this male. Muscles wound themselves up, silently making escape plans. No, she refused to be trapped today, it was not her day.
Yet who was she to go against the stars? Should they want her to join them, in this manner, she'd accept it. She swung her head, looking behind her, the river, threatening to take her far away from here. Then, back to this beast, who seemed to almost prey upon Visni. It was instinct, to move in the way she did. Light on her feet, Visni took to the left and quickly shot forward with a burst of energy. Only hoping to evade this male's presence.
Visni only assured herself with thoughts, he just wanted a drink. Yes, wolves didn't eat other wolves, such things were primitive. Yet such thoughts lingered, to be devoured by one of her own kind. Truly a horrible demise only to be given to the worst of beings.

Onisapher, a male of great stature and muscle watched silently as she began to dart through the forest, making this a now, game of chase. One of this male's favorite games of all time. He lifted his massive ebony frame to begin following her through the thick foliage as he kept a close eye on her as she attempted to lose him in this chase he knew she'd lose. Paws pounding upon the ground as strings of drool hung from Onsapher's Angler fish overbite he had going on, which was quite a sight to see in the first place let alone in the condition it was in. His heart raced as he came closer to her, almost at her hind quarters now, he spoke now, loud enough for her to hear him. "Miss, please halt. I am not going to kill you, for I was just watching you from a far out of curiosity. I think you're quite lovely." said the gruesome large male whom followed this female, almost in a stalking sort of way - which was unfortunately the way he was for he knew no other way of following. Growing tired now, he only hoped she'd slow her pace, which looked like it was not happening, unless she took his words in and let them sink, for he was telling the truth. The only reason he was peering at her in the first place was because he wanted to get to know her, but his heart is as dark as his coat... yet a glimpse of light shone through as he thought of this small female he had most likely petrified now.

The words hummed in her ears, low in tone yet loud. It seemed her constant running would not cease, yet her mind began to whirl. Thoughts cluttered her brain, deciding if she should dwell in the presence of this male. He was massive and should Visni anger him, she knew full well this male could easily be her demise. But, there was a curiosity that ached to be fed. Clawing at the confines of her mind, willing her to stop her running, just for a moment.
Slowly, Visni was slowing down until the last few steps and then, nothing. Her head was held low, figuire still. The female watched this monsterous creature, should he move, she would know. There was a naive trust, he had said he would not harm her, and so Visni trusted such words. Light hazel eyes sweeping over his form, analyzing this male as best she possibly could.
Visni made sure her distance was safe and that at any point, she had an escape route. As soon as all this was secured within her mind she began to think of speaking. "Who are you?" The words rolled off her tongue, quiet but still audible. Her voice was one so soft, seemingly never corrupted by a rasp or cold tone. There was this eager feeling, dwelling with this character's presence. Yet he intrigued her to the point of staying, if only to learn more. The stars would protect her, they just had to.

Onisapher watched as she slowed her pace down as he matched it now, stopping as she did. He was significantly larger than she, which seemingly scared her a bit. His stark yellow eyes examined the female from tail to tip as she did the same to him. Without hesitation about her softened question, he replied "My name is Onisapher, M'Lady. What might your name be? You, miss are quite captivating." he said as he reclined upon his hind quarters. He was now confident that she'd stay with him for he had roped her into his world that he had created... one that is so strong that if Onisapher pulls you in, it's hard to get out. He crookedly smiles at her, hoping she isn't too frightened of him.

His compliments silently perplex her, yet she accepts them all the same. With a nod of her head, "I am Visni, thank you." She answers. She does not seat herself as he did, no she would not be vulnerable. The maned wolf stands, staring at Onisapher as a whole rather than at those eyes he had.
Assessing the situation at hand, Onisapher seemed pleasant enough to be around. He did not chide her nor snarl and snap. No, he gave her kind words and seemed to be comfortable. Her gaze travels to the sky, watching the way the clouds go back. It seems like a careless move, but she still listens to any sounds he makes and takes a quick glance every so often. "You are, kind." Visni finally says, not taking her eyes off of the sky. Yet there is this silent need to compliment him back, to repay him for his words.

Onisapher smiled at her, drawing himself closer to her in hopes that she would not run. This female truly caught Onsaiper's attention and he could not seem to shake the image of her out of his mind... nor did he wish to. "Raissa." He repeated, going over it again and again in his mind for it was a name that he liked the sound of when it left his lips, like gold dripping from his under-bite. "Not to pry, but I would like to get to know you better. Would you consider sticking around me for a while? See what the other is all about?" he said, eyes seemingly pleading to her.

Visni tensed when he drew closer, taking a wary glance to him. Yet as he repeated her name, it seemed as though things were going to be alright. The next question almost seemed to surprise her, for she seldom spoke, yet Onisapher did not seem to mind. Contemplating on whether or not staying with this male would be a good idea or a bad one, she decided for the first.
Once again, this wolf had given her no reason to fear him besides his obvious brute strength. But even that, he had not used against her in any case. Visni's eyes continued to study the air, looking for that one faint outline of a star in the vast, blue sky. They were not gracing the heavens just yet, but Visni was eager to see them. Remembering the male in her presence, she looks to him. Taking note of the almost, pleading look that he held in his eyes. "I can stay, for the time being." Visni answered, there was this small bit of happiness to be asked to stay. Although, this would happen to anyone really, for everyone wished to feel wanted at some point. "But why?" She questioned softly, not expecting a straight forward answer. Yet the question had been pestering her mind for some time now.

Onisapher smiled as he got the response he had wished for, and knew that she would give because the name of his game is mind fucking others. Not in a bad way, just in a way that he usually gets his way with females. He knows how to woo them to get his way. But on the other hand, he hasn't treated any female this nicely... ever. Not even his own mother. Something about Visni was captivating him and he wanted to know why. "Visni, I think you're lovely and I want to take a glimpse into your soul... get to see who you are on this inside and see if you're as beautiful there as you are to the eye." he said, tilting his head at her in a charming sort of way. He knew that she would perhaps not like his response, but what's the use in lying to her? He just wanted to make her happy, and wanted to say the right things while he had her right where he wanted her. His tail wagged lightly, awaiting her response to his charm & wit.

If a wolf was able to blush then by goodness Visni would do it. Her brows raised, not expecting such an answer, a simple 'because' would have sufficed. While there was still tension, it was slowly beginning to wear away. It was seemed new to have a male speak such wonders to her, yet she'd quietly enjoy it like any other. "You're charming and your words are truly ones so kind." Visni replied finally, her head tilting slightly.
"But tell me, Onisapher, what do you think of the stars?" She questions, her muzzle raising towards the heavens. The small outlines of stars began to show, even in the sky with it's vibrant blue coloring. It was easing, to see those faint outlines, only wishing she could sleep on them and to simply curl upon the warmth of their glow.
Taking another glance was taken to Onisapher, yet this one lingered a bit longer. Taking care to study the way his features were and the way he held himself at this moment. Friendly, was the current vibe, which continued to ease Visni's obvious cautious nature.

Boans grinned, as she spoke so softly about something he had never thought of before. Drool began to spatter upon the ground as his laziness became more apparent, which was just what the large male did NOT want to happen. Trying to ignore this fact, he began to reply to her question as he drew himself nearer to her in light excitement to be near to a female of her nature. "I think that they are all of nature's secrets held in the skies for us to find when we pass." he said, resting his chin upon Visni's dainty skull, for he towered over her.
ooc : I am switching out Onisapher for Boans. There's been a switcharoo, since Onisapher is now in Something Queer. So, yeah. That's what happened here.

The answer seemed to amaze Visni, yet knowing Boans was not from her pack, she knew he was not of her kind. As he rested his chin upon her skull, she looked up at him. It had been long since any male was this close to her presence without Visni darting away. "You know the stars, quite well." She murmers once more, unable to help but slightly lean on his massive frame. Boans made her comfortable, he did not seem to ask many questions, but actually held conversations rather.
As the stars began to come out, the daylight withering away, Visni took in a sharp intake of air. "Look it them." Her voice was almost one of excitement, different from her usual calm ways. Gaze striving to find that one star, Nothern, the biggest of the stars. So graceful, to help others find their ways home. Yes, this was the star, who's personality truly shown through. Eyes locking onto the star, a sense of peace came to Visni. This was where the female thrived and flourished, amongst blankets of stars such as this. "Boans," she spoke his name slowly, seeming to taste the way it was on her tongue. "the northern star there, look." She lifted her own slender muzzle to point in the area it stayed in. "That is where, I come from." Visni murmered once more, as if that could possibly make sense.

Panda snuffled quietly to herself, her jaws gentle on Jerry's soft little neck. It was a rather pretty neck she decided, a soft grey tone with none of the crimson colouring seeping through it.
Her black stockinged paws touched the ground lightly, the soft paw pads bouncing methodically off the soil, the claws leaving a series of small punctures in the terrain.
The Panda markings she sported moved in a blur; when the wolf had a mind to actually move, she was fast, all her bottled energy translating into fluid speed and stamina.
She'd not been raised in the usual environment, and the year-dead rabbit clenched in her jaws seemed to publicly announce that, almost a reminder of Mummy and Daddy.
As such, she'd never been taught to hunt, be cautious... nothing. Maybe another reason why she preferred those of the still bodies and glassy eyes; they didn't critisice, attack and attempt to hurt poor Jerry, whose floppy grey ears drooped, several hunks torn from their sensitive flaps of flesh, by a hungry pup.
She'd killed him of course; for he'd needed to be punished, and he'd become so much sweeter when he was just an empty husk staring up at the sky.
Panda giggled at the very memory, still moving in body, though her mind remained firmly rooted on the conversation she'd had with the dead pup. It had been ever so enlightening, and she could still picture his sweet blue eyes staring up at the sky as he'd listened.
The only problem with corpses? They didn't talk back. And although that sometimes made them endearing... they were awful advice givers, though they almost certainly made up for their tightly sealed lips with their taste, their listening skills... their friendship.
Of course, cannibalism had never seemed too wrong to Miss Panda. Of course she preferred the taste of buck to wolf, but there was something about the very flesh of fallen wolven that was just so very sweet.
Perhaps it was simply that wolves didn't expect to be eaten; they were the predators after all. Maybe they simply kept all that bottled up sweetness for when they died, when no one would enjoy it.
Another reason wolves made such good corpses.
And yet, scents began to stray into her nostrils, tickling at her delicate sensory, company? Though it certainly seemed to be alive; she was close enough she could hear them. A pity of course, and the female sighed sadly; it was always a tragedy when she came across the living. They were loud and brash. terrible socializers.
They'd be all that much more tolerable if they were dead. [/size]

Boans grinned as she spoke to him in such a light tone, which she enjoyed. "North star, huh? You must be quite important. The star is almost as beautiful as you..." He said to Visni as his large tail wrapped around her, warming her a bit since the season of Autumn was almost in full affect at this point. His gaze met hers, as a scent of a second female filled the air, this one seemed a bit... off. His large brown eyes migrated toward the other femora in the area... whom had a dead rabbit in her jaws. "Miss." he said, as he nuzzled Visni gently, referring to Panda. Boans stayed quiet, hoping the female would not cause too much trouble between him and Visni.
